⏳ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Antwerp, Belgium.

We process orders within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

 

💌 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BY DELIVERED & WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

All information regarding shipping is presented in the table below. Prices are VAT included. Potential import duties are not included in the shipping price.

*Possible delays can be caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or other delays by the shipping company. During sales periods we kindly ask you to expect longer handling times.

 

💳 WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTIES & HOW MUCH?

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union will be delivered duty-free. Please be aware that non-EU countries may charge import duties or taxes, if the total value of the shipment exceeds a certain threshold. You can check the threshold for your country here.

Unfortunately Maison Mima is unable to predict the exact costs, as this is determined by national tax authorities, and thus different per country.
