Refund policy
We hope you and your mini are happy with your order. But if something’s not quite right, you can return it.
⏳ RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 14-day return policy: you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to send your item back to us.
Once your return is approved, please make sure the item is shipped within 5 calendar days. After that, we won’t be able to accept the return.
📦 RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

With all original tags and packaging
If an item is returned damaged, used, or without tags, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
If your return is approved, the full item amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 days.
🚚 SHIPPING COSTS & RESPONSABILITIES
Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Maison Mima is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please always use a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage.

Select the items and reason for return, then submit your request.

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the return, you’ll be notified and refunded.

💔 DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at hello@maison-mima.com. We’ll make it right.
🧸 NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on: Sale items, Accessories & Gift cards
💳 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.
